Y’all Magazine welcomes queries via email (editor@yall.com) or mail (Y’all Editorial Dept., P.O. Box 1217, Oxford, MS 38655). No phone calls, please.

Queries must be on or about Southern celebrities or extraordinary ordinary Southerners, or elements of Southern culture.

Y’all will notify the writer if the query is accepted within two months of reception. Items sent via snail mail, including resumes and clips, cannot be returned.

If the query is accepted, a Y’all editorial representative will contact the writer and a written contract outlining the magazine-writer agreement will ensue.

Y’all Magazine pays $0.15 per word published. Y’all will maintain all rights, including electronic rights, in perpetuity.
